Info: Dr Chrisman is currently running a Young Adult Social Interaction group for 17-25 year olds who are experiencing feelings of alienation, depression, and/or social anxiety. The benefits of such a group include aquiring necessary social skills through interactions with peers, building self-confidence and assertiveness. Social interaction opportunities are created via group therapy which would further progress individual therapy. The goal of such a group is to increase and encourage interpersonal communication while having an enjoyable experience. Details: Mondays, 4:00pm-5:20pm in Hermosa Beach. First 3 sessions are free and require no time commitments for participants to get a sense of whether to continue in the group. If you do choose to continue, an 8 week commitment is required and fee of $80.
