Individual Therapy

By deepening your self-awareness you will gain greater insight and understanding thus allowing you to make choices that better serve your needs and hopes.
Adolescents and Families
Adolescence is a time of significant changes and transitions that can
often put stress on the whole family. It is a time of self discovery and exploration as children are learning to define themselves as separate from their parents. It can be a period of confusion, frustration, self-doubt, and insecurity for both teens and their parents. Therapy for teens can often provide an environment where they can develop a deeper understanding
of themselves, learn effective ways of communicating, and develop problem-solving skills.
Relationship/Couples Therapy
One’s ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships is often a primary source of satisfaction in life. When conflicts interfere with a couple’s ability to enjoy each other, couples therapy can often help. Often times these conflicts can be from external sources such as money and work stress, or they may be related to deeper internal patterns and ways of relating. Together we will explore each partner’s thoughts, feelings, and goals in order to improve communication and reduce misunderstandings.
