As an Intuitive coach you are the embodiment of calm, peacefulness, and wisdom. You are naturally attuned to your clients and they feel safe and supported in your presence.
As an Intuitive coach, you can easily identify the message behind the message. Whereas other coaches may get caught up in the content of what a client is sharing or try to jump to problem-solving, you're really skilled at easily identifying what is really going on, usually under the surface, for your clients.
You allow your inner guidance, and perhaps the guidance of something greater than yourself, depending on your belief system, to direct you where to go and how to best support your clients.
Your coaching style may feel more ethereal and include spiritual or faith-based practices such as prayer, ceremony, and meditation.

As an intuitive coach, one of the areas to look out for, is not having enough balance of structure and direct goals in your coaching experience.
Everything in the natural world strives for balance and whenever we find ourselves too far to one side or the other, there is an invitation to create a more natural state of balance.
When the Intuitive coach is out of balance, or relying too heavily on intuition alone, the experience can feel abstract and unclear.
As you often are able to rely on an inner knowing, a sixth-sense, that others don't easily pick up on, this can sometimes lead to confusion, or even frustration, for your clients if they're more used to relying on "real world" confirmation.
Suggestions for an Intuitive Coach . . .
- Create a structure for your coaching session that balances reflection with action. Remember to stay attuned to where your client wants to go.
- Clarify your client’s goals and what matters most to them. And then continue to hold that as the point of focus for your sessions and overall coaching journey.
- Ask if it would be okay to share any intuitive hits that come through. Present them as questions of possibility, rather than facts of Truth. Check in and see if it landed and actually resonates for the client.
- Find the tools and techniques that align with you AND provide data and information regarding coaching progress.
- Remember, you are the greatest tool and instrument you will ever have in a coaching session, but for a tool to be effective, it MUST be sharpened and refined. Your inner work is an absolute MUST for your coaching success!
