The Mother Archetype is one of the most universally recognized Feminine Archetypes, no matter which culture or era you look at.
The roots of the Mother Archetype lie in an idealized version of motherhood – however, in today‘s world, if your main archetype is the Mother, it does not necessarily mean you have or even want children. Rather, it comes down to the motherly energy you radiate and the joy you find nurturing growth.
As a coach, you are the embodiment of compassion, care and support. You thrive on the relationships that you build with your clients and it is clear that you truly, truly care about them.
Your clients feel completely safe, seen, heard and understood when they're with you and establishing this level of rapport as the basis of the coaching relationship is a top priority and value for you.
You have a grounded and present energy that allows you to track and stay with your client's throughout the entire coaching experience. You are capable of being with and supporting your clients regardless of what they are going through. You're not afraid to go to the depths with them and you will just as easily celebrate the joys and triumphs.
Your clients know that you are a safe person, oftentimes you might be the only safe person in their life, and they know they can bring all of themselves to the coaching experience. All of the hopes, the dreams, the fears, and the doubts, it is all welcome in your coaching container.
