Why the Reset + Reclaim Retreat?
This 7-day, 6-night retreat is a curated experience of total wellness. Designed for those who are ready to step away from the demands of daily life, this retreat offers the opportunity to reset your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with what matters most.
Set in a private, serene location in Costa Rica, this experience is intentionally kept intimate, with no more than 12 participants. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with unparalleled care, from nourishing meals that support your vitality to expertly guided sessions that create space for clarity and renewal.
Over the week, you’ll experience a blend of structured workshops, healing ceremonies, moments of stillness, and opportunities to explore the natural beauty surrounding you.
This retreat is for anyone who values their total health and well-being and is ready to invest in themselves at the highest level.

Sample Schedule
â–·Â 8:00am - 9:00 am - Yoga
â–· 9:00am - Breakfast
The food is sourced locally and is organic. There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, to ensure that you leave the retreat feeling alive, vibrant and your healthiest self.
▷ 9:30am - 12:30pm  Workshop with Jenn + Matt
These interactive workshops will take you through a deep and expansive journey through sacred connections, building upon each other throughout the week.Â
â–· 12:30 pm - Lunch + Free Time to Relax
Watch the ocean waves crashing at a distance while having a relaxed lunch, so you can have plenty of pool time to dive into your latest book, complete journaling exercises from the workshop,
and connect with each other to digest the teachings and breakthroughs you receive.
â–·Â 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm -Â Ceremony/Adventure/Workshop
Whether it’s a spa day, catamaran excursion or sound healing… every day there’s an opportunity to connect even deeper to your healing, your joy, your inner adventure seeker or nature!

We’ll gather together for a delicious dinner overlooking the ocean by the same amazing chefs.
Everything that's Included...
You'll be staying at the Los Altos de Eros Resort, a sprawling healing center nestled in the mountains of Costa Rica, with jungle and ocean views. You’ll be up close and personal with the monkeys as you flow through your morning yoga practice, relax by the pool, and enjoy the luxurious spa. This is the perfect place to decompress, heal, and expand your possibilities.
▷ 6 Nights Accommodations - At luxury resort, Los Altos de Eros. Private and Double Occupancy rooms available.
â–·Â Meals -Â Dinner upon arrival. 3 healthy, delicious meals for each full day of the retreat, except for the night of the medicine ceremony. Breakfast on day of departure.
â–·Â Airport Transfer -Â Ground transportation to and from Liberia airport as well as any itinerary rides during the retreat.
â–·Â Yoga -Â Morning yoga sessions Monday - Thursday. *there will be no yoga the day after the medicine ceremony or on the final, departure day.
â–· Daily Workshops - Each day we will have a workshop with teaching, coaching, and rituals to take you on a journey of total wellness.
â–·Â Cacao Ceremony -Â We will have 2 heart opening, cacao ceremonies, on the first and final nights of the retreat.
â–·Â Sound Healing Ceremony -Â Sound journey with singing bowls and gongs
â–·Â Breathwork Session -Â 2 evening breathwork journeys
â–·Â Catamaran Excursion -Â Â Spend the afternoon on the water, sunbathing, snorkeling, canoeing and taking in the majestic ocean
â–· Spa Day -Â You will receive 3 treatments: choose between a 90 min massage or mani/pedi, then a body wrap, body scrub, light cleansing facial or soaking tub

ACCOMODATIONS
The Los Altos de Eros Resort was designed to flow with the nature that surrounds us. Modern Balinese furnished suites and spa with luxurious bathrooms, dramatic high ceilings with fans, air conditioning, free wifi, Egyptian cotton sheets, linen service, private open-air rainfall showers, outdoor seating areas, and Wi-Fi throughout. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.
Please note: All rooms are based on single occupancy. If you are traveling with a partner or with friends, we have included the per person costs. If you would like us to try and place you with another solo traveler, we can see what we can do, but we cannot make any promises, so please plan according to the Single Occupancy investment.

Payment plans are available. There is a $1500, non-refundable deposit to secure your space. If you use the Payment Plan option the payment needs to be fully completed 7 days prior to day one of the retreat. For every day the payment is late there will be a $50 charge
