The Roots to The Stars retreat was created to give yourself the opportunity to connect deeper into your true nature and expansion than you ever have before.
To honor the call to clear away the distractions of your everyday life and experience seven magical days in the healing, sacred landscape of the Costa Rican beaches and jungle.
To spend your days nurturing and tending to your mind, body and spirit with loving meditations, activating and releasing breathwork sessions, nourishing meals, plant medicine and sound healing ceremonies that healed both your body and your heart.
To be surrounded, supported and loved by a group of like-minded souls that will become your brothers and sisters as you walk the path of expansion together.
This is what you will receive at the Roots to the Stars Retreat. The intention of this retreat is for you to remember the truth of who you are, to release all doubts and blocks to your greatness and to fall back in love with yourself and your life.

Why the Roots to the Stars Retreat?
This magical, Costa Rica Retreat is a 7-day, 6-night retreat designed to create an experience of healing and sacred connection, where each participant feels rooted in their true power and the expansion of rising into their highest self.
You will have the opportunity to experience the beauty and magic of Costa Rica, with 9 other like-minded souls.
The Roots to the Stars Retreat is designed for any person who wants to transform themselves, create more abundance in their life, get healthy, heal trauma, release patterns, and become a more empowered, alive, and high vibrational version of themselves.
Over the course of the week we will take a journey through our energy centers, beginning with our roots, connecting each to the elements of nature, through powerful workshops, ceremony, rituals and activities intentionally curated to support you in connecting deeply and then expanding openly.
Sample Schedule
▷ 8:00am - 9:00 am - Yoga
▷ 9:00am - Breakfast
The food is sourced locally and is organic. There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, to ensure that you leave the retreat feeling alive, vibrant and your healthiest self.
▷ 9:30am - 12:30pm Workshop with Jenn + Matt
These interactive workshops will take you through a deep and expansive journey through sacred connections, building upon each other throughout the week.
▷ 12:30 pm - Lunch + Free Time to Relax
Watch the ocean waves crashing at a distance while having a relaxed lunch, so you can have plenty of pool time to dive into your latest book, complete journaling exercises from the workshop,
and connect with each other to digest the teachings and breakthroughs you receive.
▷ 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Ceremony/Adventure/Workshop
Whether it’s a spa day, surf lesson or sound healing… every day there’s an opportunity to connect even deeper to your healing, your joy, your inner adventure seeker or nature!
▷ 7:00 pm - Dinner
We’ll gather together for a delicious dinner overlooking the ocean by the same amazing chefs.
*Please note that there will be no formal dinner on the evening of our plant medicine ceremony, however we will have plenty of nourishment for before and after!
Everything that's Included...
You'll be staying at the Los Altos de Eros Resort, a sprawling healing center nestled in the mountains of Costa Rica, with jungle and ocean views. You’ll be up close and personal with the monkeys as you flow through your morning yoga practice, relax by the pool, and enjoy the luxurious spa. This is the perfect place to decompress, heal, and expand your possibilities.
▷ 6 Nights Accommodations - At luxury resort, Los Altos de Eros. Private and Shared rooms available.
▷ Meals - Dinner upon arrival. 3 healthy, delicious meals for each full day of the retreat, except for the night of the medicine ceremony. Breakfast on day of departure.
▷ Airport Transfer - Ground transportation to and from Liberia airport as well as any itinerary rides during the retreat.
▷ Yoga - Morning yoga sessions Monday - Thursday. *there will be no yoga the day after the medicine ceremony or on the final, departure day.
▷ Daily Workshops - Each day we will have a workshop with teaching, coaching, and rituals to take you on a journey through the energy centers guided by the elements of nature.
▷ Cacao Ceremony - We will have 2 heart opening, cacao ceremonies, on the first and final nights of the retreat.
▷ Sound Healing Ceremony - Sound journey with singing bowls and gongs
▷ Breathwork Session - 2 evening breathwork journeys
▷ Surf Lesson
▷ Spa Day - You will receive 3 treatments: choose between a 90 min massage or mani/pedi, then a body wrap, body scrub, light cleansing facial or soaking tub
▷ Plant Medicine Ceremony
*Flights and any extra additional activities that you would want to do on your own are not included
ACCOMODATIONS
The Los Altos de Eros Resort was designed to flow with the nature that surrounds us. Modern Balinese furnished suites and spa with luxurious bathrooms, dramatic high ceilings with fans, air conditioning, free wifi, Egyptian cotton sheets, linen service, private open-air rainfall showers, outdoor seating areas, and Wi-Fi throughout. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.

Payment plans are available. There is a $1500, non-refundable deposit to secure your space. If you use the Payment Plan option the payment needs to be fully completed 7 days prior to day one of the retreat. For every day the payment is late there will be a $50 charge
