Most everything you’ve been taught about transformation is wrong.
Most of the traditional techniques of therapy, mindset, visualization, and manifestation, while all having important value, are generally ineffective, counterproductive, and quite simply, just NOT working.
These techniques are likely leaving you feeling overwhelmed and disappointed with very little to show for all of the hours you’ve put in seeing your therapist and learning about why you do the things you do.
Because here’s the thing: knowing why you do something does very little to actually create change in your life.
And, knowing that positive thinking will help you manifest your dream life quicker, doesn't do anything to actually change the quality of the thoughts you’re having.

Through my own magical, and often crazy, life experience, from growing up in poverty, homeless at times, and with addicted parents to launching the Embodied Life Academy and supporting hundreds of women over the last decade plus, I'm on a mission to show spiritual leaders (which I believe we all are on some level, whether you are a stay at home mom, or the CEO of your own 7-figure empire) that you really can have it all - the joy, the freedom, the peace, the abundance, the house of your dreams, the relationship of your dreams, the health of your body, and ultimately the impact that you came here to make.

A life beyond your wildest dreams is available for you and the truth is there are a number of ways you can go about finding that.
You could hire a therapist and spend years in therapy uncovering the root of your wounds. But, as we know now, this insight won’t necessarily support you in creating and taking the actions needed to manifest the changes you seek. Not to mention, how much time and money that will cost you: A good therapist is at least $250 an hour, minimum once a week and most likely 2-5 years working together...you’re looking at anywhere from $26,000-$65,000.
You could also hire a high-level coach to focus on more actionable steps and goals, but you’ll likely miss out on the deeper healing needed to find true joy and purpose in your life. Besides the fact that most coaches, myself included, charge anywhere from $10,000-$100,000 to work with them in an intimate setting.
You could go on retreat to an exotic location and have a magical experience but you won’t receive the ongoing support and tools needed to integrate the experience into your day to day life. And, a retreat is going to cost anywhere from $3,000-$10,000 for just one week.
The truth is I offer these options, you can work with me 1:1 or attend one of my retreats and have massive breakthroughs and experiences, however, I’m realistic about their limitations too:
mostly being the price.
Personal development is not cheap and therefore there are a lot of people who miss receiving the help they really need...and I don’t want that to be you.
My mission is to support as many women as I can to step fully into their dream life and become the woman who has everything her heart desires. It is for that reason that I want to make sure I get this program into the hands of every woman who feels the call from her soul to create a life beyond her wildest dreams.

MY LAST PIECE OF ADVICE
I know this can feel hard but it doesn't have to be. The most important choice you will ever make is the choice to invest in yourself, whether that is here with the Academy or somewhere else. Please believe in yourself. Please believe and know that you are worth it and that you are just as capable and deserving of experiencing miracles as the women you see already living them.
Remember: nothing changes if nothing changes. In every moment of everyday we are presented with an opportunity to make a choice, now is no different. The first choice is to do nothing. It’s simple and it’s predictable. You already know the outcome of this choice because it’s what you’re already living right now. It’s a harsh reality, but it’s true. The other choice is to say yes to your dreams and step fully into the woman your sould came her to be.
