A DIFFERENT WAY FOWARD
Personalized Nutrition for Food Freedom and Body Confidence
This is nutrition support that moves away from overwhelm and perfection and toward clarity, consistency, and trust. Together, we focus on what actually works for your body and your life.
01 / WEIGHT LOSS + MACRO COACHING
Learn How to Eat for Your Goals, NOT Restriction
This option is for women who want to lose weight without losing their minds or their relationship with food.
Macros are used here as a learning tool, not a rulebook. The goal isn’t to micromanage every bite, but to help you understand how different foods support your body, your energy, and your goals. You’ll learn how to build meals that work, how to adjust when life changes, and how to enjoy the damn cookie without feeling like you’ve ruined everything.
This work makes sense if you’ve spent years bouncing between diets, losing and gaining the same weight, or feeling like you have to choose between results and enjoyment. We focus on clarity instead of restriction, flexibility instead of perfection, and consistency instead of starting over.
Over time, the outcome isn’t just weight loss. It’s confidence in your ability to eat like a normal human, trust your decisions, and maintain progress without constantly thinking about food. Macros become a framework for understanding, not something you need forever.
02 / FOOD FREEDOM COACHING
Healing the Relationship Beneath the Rules
If control, rigidity, anxiety, or fear around food have been present for a long time, this work goes beneath behavior and into the patterns that created it. Orthorexia, chronic restriction, “clean eating” turned obsessive, cycles of control and rebellion, and a constant sense of vigilance around food are not accidents. They are strategies your system learned for a reason.
This work is slow, intentional, and deeply relational. In ongoing one-on-one sessions, we explore the origins of these patterns and gently unwind them. Not by taking control away, but by restoring safety, trust, and choice. Food might be the entry point, but the work touches identity, worth, self-trust, and the nervous system underneath it all. The goal is not to eat perfectly or intuitively on command. The goal is to no longer feel hijacked by food, rules, or fear. Over time, eating becomes calmer, more flexible, and less loaded, and your body becomes a place you can inhabit rather than manage. This is heart-centered work for women who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through eating and start relating to food with steadiness and compassion.
03 / functional nutrition support
When Your Body Needs a Closer Look
If you’re dealing with specific symptoms, such as ongoing fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal changes, blood sugar instability, or unexplained difficulty losing weight, that haven’t resolved through general nutrition advice, dieting, or lifestyle changes alone, this work takes a more targeted, physiological approach. We look at how nutrition, supplementation, stress, and daily habits are interacting in your body, and where things may be out of balance.
This work is investigative and individualized. Support may include tailored nutrition strategies, targeted supplements, and, when appropriate, functional lab testing to help guide decisions. The focus is on understanding what your body is responding to and why, rather than layering on more rules or protocols.
Getting Started + What to Expect
-
Step 1: Fill Out the Application
The first step is completing a short application. This gives me a sense of what you’re navigating, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether this work is the right fit. I’m intentional about who I work with, and the application helps ensure alignment from the start.
-
Step 2: Personal Follow-Up
After reviewing your application, I’ll personally reach out. Depending on your needs, this may be an invitation to enroll directly or an invitation to connect on a brief call to talk things through. This step allows space for questions, clarity, and making sure the support you’re stepping into actually matches what you’re looking for.
-
Step 3: Begin the Work
Once we decide to move forward, we’ll get started. From there, the focus is on thoughtful, individualized support based on the option you’ve chosen. Clear next steps, a shared understanding of how we’ll work together, and a pace that supports real change without rushing or pressure.
What it's like working with me
A thoughtful, human approach to nutrition
I don’t believe food struggles are about discipline, motivation, or needing better information. Most women I work with are already doing a lot right. What’s usually missing is support that understands the emotional weight food can carry, the pressure to get it right, and the exhaustion that comes from years of trying to manage your body instead of living in it.
My role is to help you slow this whole process down enough to make real change. Sometimes that looks like structure and education. Sometimes it looks like unpacking long standing patterns and fears. Always, it looks like meeting you where you are and building something that works in your actual life. This work is personal, intentional, and rooted in respect for your body and your experience.

How Coaching with me works
-
Individualized Support
This work starts with you, not a cookie-cutter template. Every recommendation, conversation, and adjustment is shaped by your history, your goals, and your real life. There is no one size approach here, only support that makes sense for where you are and where you want to go.
-
Education Over Rules
Rather than telling you what to eat or how to be “good,” I focus on helping you understand your body and your choices. When you know why something works, you don’t need to rely on rigid plans or external authority. The goal is confidence, not compliance.
-
Depth Without Overwhelm
Change happens when there is enough structure to feel supported and enough space to stay regulated. We move at a pace that allows insight and habit change to take root, without pushing, forcing, or rushing the process.
-
Sustainable Change
The work is designed to last beyond our time together. Whether we’re focused on weight loss, food freedom, or targeted health support, the aim is to build skills, awareness, and trust that you carry forward on your own.

FAQs
-
No. The application is designed to help determine the fit together. Based on what you share, I’ll guide you toward the option that makes the most sense or suggest a brief call if clarity would be helpful.
-
I offer meal guidance, suggestions, and extensive resources, but the work is centered on teaching you how to think about meals and make choices confidently on your own. The goal is not dependency on a plan, but skill building you can carry forward.
-
Yes. Supporting disordered eating patterns, rigidity, control, and food anxiety is a core part of this work. Disordered eating refers to behaviors and thought patterns around food that are distressing or disruptive but may not meet criteria for a diagnosable eating disorder. This work is well suited for those experiences and is approached with care, pacing, and attention to both physical and emotional safety.
If you are currently experiencing an active eating disorder or are medically unstable, this work may not be the appropriate level of care on its own. In those cases, I’m happy to help you think through next steps or coordinate alongside appropriate medical or therapeutic support. The goal is always to make sure you’re receiving the level of care that best supports your well being.
-
Weight loss can be part of the work, particularly within the macro coaching option, but it is approached thoughtfully and without compromising your relationship with food or your mental health. The focus is sustainable change, not quick results.
-
This varies depending on goals and the option chosen. Some clients work with me for a focused period, while others choose longer-term support to deepen the work. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you before beginning.
-
I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, and many clients use HSA or FSA funds. Coverage depends on your specific provider.
-
No. Functional labs and supplements are optional and only considered when appropriate within the functional nutrition support option. Any recommendations are discussed collaboratively and tailored to your needs.
-
All guidance is personalized. Dietary restrictions, medical considerations, preferences, and lifestyle factors are taken into account so the work supports you as a whole person.
