A little glimpse into what I ate this week.

And honestly, one of my favorite things about the way I eat now is how much freedom exists inside of it.

I do NOT follow recipes. But I do follow a framework:
Protein, Carbs, Fats + Plants - in the right
Many women aren’t just controlling food.

They’re trying to create a sense of safety inside of themselves through the way they eat.

A lot of women come to me feeling ashamed of their eating patterns. Ashamed of the obsession. Ashamed of
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why so many women feel confused about food.

And honestly, I don’t think it’s because nutrition is inherently confusing.

I think women are carrying decades of conflicting messaging all at once.
